Here at My Cullman Doctor, our membership program is designed to make an ongoing relationship with your primary care doctor simple. You pay a reoccurring membership fee and we provide comprehensive primary care services. We clearly state what's covered by this fee and what is an extra cost. That's it. No hidden costs or impossibly complicated invoices. If you have questions, simply ask. We’re happy to walk you through anything.

Membership Fees
Ages 22+
$160/month
or save with a longer commitment:

If you cancel your membership and re-enroll at a later date, you will be charged a re-enrollment fee of $200 per person.

Expected or unexpected, your office visit is covered by your membership. No co-pays here!
A doctor who listens.
The best part of our practice model is that we have the time to spend with you. Dr. Rushing will prioritize building a relationship with you and sees this as a vital part of your care. You'll never feel like "just a chart" again.
Extended, relaxed visits.
We offer up to hour-long appointment slots so you can get everything you need from your visit. You won’t feel rushed through an appointment and there’s never a question you won’t have time to ask.
Same-day and next-day service scheduling (as available).
Because we have reserved our time for a limited patient panel, we have more time available to see you should an urgent need arise. You’re a priority and you’ll feel like one.
Telehealth option.
We understand there may be times when physically coming into our office can be challenging and a virtual visit would be more convenient. In many cases, we are able to use telehealth technology to offer the care you need.
Direct access to our team.
Unlike other practices where it's difficult to get answers you need in a timely fashion, at our practice you’ll be able to reach out to Dr. Rushing and team via phone, e-mail, text message, and video chat.
Simple questions get simple answers.
Never get a canned "You'll have to come in" answer again. If you have a simple question, you'll get a direct answer. And if we do have to schedule a conversation to answer your question, phone calls and video chats are available.
Inexpensive and direct service.
By "cutting out the middle man" of the insurance industry and in being an independently owned practice, we are able to keep our costs affordable, while remaining flexible to your individual needs.
An annual physical.
This exam will be fitted to your personal medical needs. It’s all about you and your specific wellness goals. Never be subjected to tests “because insurance requires it” again.
Diagnostic and procedural benefits at no extra costs.
EKG Interpretation, Joint Injections, Injectable Medicines, Lesion Removal and Laceration Repair - just to name a few.
Coordination with specialists as needed.
We have you covered for the vast majority of your regular care in our office. If you do need a specialist, we will coordinate with them. We also offer remote consultation during a hospital stay, should your hospital team have questions.
Wholesale labs and imaging costs.
For services we don't currently offer in-house, like lab processing and imaging, we've negotiated discount rates for our patients.
